NO! If madara = Permanet MS and somehow got reverse aging-jutsu... it could be possible that he became "otobi" for a little while and lost his memory as a kid. Thus becoming weaker aswell. Since the 1st is 4 or 5 generations old. if each gen is 22 years aparts (atleast) we are talking almost a 100 years old. Even that old lady from the sand wasnt close to that... look how frail she was. So when "obito" was under the rocks nearly dieing he gave one of his eys to kakashi... infact he could have givein him the tuyo(whatever) one and not even know it... until after he was rewoken by his past... Im going on a limb and saying... if any of what I wrote above becomes real... it was be insane... but you never know... kishi is just evil like that.
